Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Leisure Stay at Resort
Arrive at Nagpur (approx. 2 hrs drive) or Jabalpur (approx. 4–4.5 hrs drive) and proceed to Pench National Park. Upon arrival, check in to your pre-booked resort and complete the formalities. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch before spending the afternoon at leisure — swim in the pool, indulge in indoor/outdoor games, or simply unwind amidst nature. In the evening, relish a hearty dinner and stay overnight at the resort.

Day 2: Jungle Safari & Optional Sightseeing
Rise early for an exciting jeep safari in Pench National Park. Witness the rich wildlife, exotic birds, and breathtaking landscapes guided by an expert naturalist. Return to the resort for breakfast and spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring local sights at your own expense. Evening dinner at the resort followed by an overnight stay.

Day 3: Departure
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and check out from your resort. Depart with unforgettable memories from the wild.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Safari Booking Policy:
Safari booking is non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.

Resort Booking Policy:
If you must postpone or cancel your travel plans due to unavoidable circumstances, you are required to inform us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date your written notice is received. The applicable charges are as follows:

• 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total tour cost
• 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total tour cost
• 07 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total tour cost
• 02 to 06 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
• Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund
